Where your address lives
Some places only take a change from you. For those, we prefill everything and you confirm it in your 15 minutes.
What you get at the end
A proof pack: one row for every account we touched, with the day it changed and a screenshot of your new address saved there.
If a company can't be changed online, its row says so and gives you a direct link or a prefilled letter. Nothing quietly gets skipped.
What we never do
In writing, in the consent you sign before we touch anything.
We never store your passwords.
Sharing logins is optional. If you do, it's temporary, through your password manager, and you take the access back when we're done.
We never sell or share your data.
No leads to movers, no lists for local businesses.
We never submit government forms for you.
USPS, DMV, voter registration and the IRS: we prefill, you review, sign and submit.
We never touch an account you didn't approve.
You see the list first and cross out whatever you want.

What do I still do myself?
One scheduled 15-minute video session, where you personally do the steps that, by law or by design, only you can. We prepare everything before it and do everything else after.
- Mail forwarding: we have the details ready, you confirm it on USPS.com and pay their $1.25 identity check.
- Consent and your account list: you e-sign our authorization and approve exactly which accounts we touch.
- Sign-in codes: when a bank or site texts you a code, you enter it. We batch them all into the same session.
- Government forms: DMV, voter registration and the IRS form are prefilled. You review, submit and sign them.

Are you the Postal Service or a government agency?
No. We are an independent company, not affiliated with or endorsed by USPS or any government agency. You can change your mail forwarding directly at usps.com for $1.25; we simply help you do it alongside everything else.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
Passwords are optional. Share temporary access through your password manager if you want us to handle everything, or we'll hand you a checklist with direct links for the rest. We never store them.
What do you read in my email?
Only enough to find which companies have your address: senders of receipts, bills and statements. Read-only, never sending anything, and you can disconnect in one click. We delete what we scanned once your list is built.
What if a company can't be updated online?
We tell you plainly, give you a direct link or a prefilled letter, and mark it in your list so nothing is forgotten.
What if you can't finish my move?
Our plan is a full refund if we can't update most of the accounts you approved. This isn't final yet, and we'll put the exact terms in front of you before you pay anything.
How do I cancel?
One click on your account page. The one-move plan never renews. On the annual plan you keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and we email you before it renews.
